1. Acceptance
By using WayVera, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The Service
WayVera provides trucking tools including HOS tracking, route planning, voice AI assistance, community features, and fleet management. The service is provided "as is."
3. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your HOS logs and compliance with FMCSA regulations
- WayVera is a tool to assist with compliance — it does not guarantee compliance
- You must have a valid CDL to use driver-specific features
- Do not use the app in ways that distract from safe driving
- Keep your account credentials secure
4. Voice Assistant
Vera AI provides assistance based on available information. AI responses may not always be accurate. Always verify critical information (routing restrictions, regulations, shop availability) independently.
5. Community Features
- Shop reviews, road reports, and ratings reflect individual user opinions
- Do not post false, misleading, or defamatory content
- We may remove content that violates these terms
6. Subscriptions & Billing
- Free tier available with basic features
- Paid plans billed monthly through the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe
- Cancel anytime — access continues through the end of the billing period
- Refunds handled per platform policy (Apple/Google/Stripe)
7. Limitation of Liability
WayVera is not liable for routing errors, missed compliance deadlines, incorrect fuel prices, or any damages arising from use of the service. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
