How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: In the App
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the prompts.
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to support@wayvera.ai from the email address associated with your account with the subject "Delete My Account".
⚠️ What Gets Deleted
- Your profile, preferences, and saved routes
- Voice conversation history
- Shop reviews and road reports (anonymized, not deleted)
- Subscription cancelled immediately
📋 What We Must Retain
- HOS/ELD logs — FMCSA requires 6-month minimum retention
- Billing records — required for tax/audit purposes
- Audit logs — retained for security
Account deletion is processed within 48 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email when complete.
